Ever heard of Rubens Petfood Supplies? Located in Blackwood, Rubens is run by premiership Devil Phil and his wife Jackie. They are also grandparents of young Devils Kiara and Kaleb Tuxford.

Rubens has generously donated some wine and chocolate hampers to help raise some money for the club. Please make sure you buy a heap of raffle tickets for $2 each. All proceeds go to the club and you might get some great Easter treats for yourself!

In case you missed it... Sturt Lacrosse Club's very own Orlando Kernaghan took out the MVP in the Adelaide Thunders game against Team Canada.

The boys put on a great show and fight against the Canadians. They were in front during the second quarter before the Maple Leafs put on 5 really quick goals. Adelaide stayed with them all game with Canada pulling away to win by 6 in a high scoring affair.

Final Score Canada 20 Adelaide 14

Under 11's start tonight and here are the coaches for the boys team!

Damien Halliwell has a wealth of knowledge having played lacrosse since 14 years of age. He will be coaching both the kids and new coach Dan Thomas.

Dan got into lacrosse after his sons started playing. He is now not only coaching but will be playing his first season ever in the Mens Division 2 team... Nice work Dan!

Good luck to you both and to the team.

Mackenzie Appleton and Ella Robjohns are the new breed of coaches and it great to see some of our leaders of the junior girls willing to coach the new generation.

Both of these girls smashed it in the Under 15 Rep teams last year and with Mack being a mid and attacker and Ella being a defender they have a well rounded knowledge base. We are super keen to see how these girls go! Good luck champions!
