Why is Lacrosse a great sport for kids?

Lacrosse is a team sport played with a lacrosse "stick" and ball.

Kids don’t need to be built in a specific way to become a talented lacrosse player. While many sports create advantages for taller or heavier built players, lacrosse is for anyone who can hold a stick. It’s also easy to learn, which helps get people involved as young as 6 years old.

Lacrosse is action packed and high scoring. By design there’s no standing around, which makes it fun to play and watch.

Lacrosse is also very affordable with low fees and all new junior players receive a brand new playing stick for FREE on payment of their registration fees.

Lacrosse is one of the safer sports for children to play as it is completely non contact up to the age of 11 after which contact is gradually introduced at age appropriate intervals.

Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Originating from indigenous people in North America as early as the 12th century, it is also  one of the oldest.
