 It’s a  great way to catch up and get some vital fitness training and skills in place before the official season starts.

Please bring hat, water, lacrosse stick,helmet/goggles, running shoes and lacrosse boots.

Hot weather Policy will be observed Junior Training will be cancelled if the temperature is 36o or over as at3.00pm Senior Training maybe modified if the temperature is 36o or over as at3.00pm
