Junior Pre season training

Starting March 12
U11 U13 U15 U17 Boys Training 5.30 – 6.30pm

Starting March 16
U18 Girls Monday 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Starting March 19 2015
U11 U13 U15 Girls Thursday 5.30-6.30pm

It’s a  great way to catch up and get some vital fitness training
and skills in place before the official season starts.

Please bring hat, water, lacrosse stick,helmet/goggles, running shoes and lacrosse boots.

Hot weather Policy will be observed
Junior Training will be cancelled if the temperature is 36o or over as at3.00pm
Senior Training maybe modified if the temperature is 36o or over as at3.00pm
