The latest news about the 2020 season

Hope you're all as keen to get back into lacrosse as much as we are?

As you are aware restrictions (due to COVID-19) have been eased to 'Level B' allowing us to commence training under strict guidelines and conditions. Follow the link below to see the current Sturt Lacrosse Training Plan and other up to date information.

We have set out a Training Schedule as part of our plan with commencement dates to be set by your coaches on your individual team's Facebook pages.

Please ensure you have registered (no need to worry about subs at this stage until we know what the season entails) and joined your relevant team's Facebook group. Please be aware that if you have not registered you will be unable to train.

Remember to regularly check your team's Facebook group page or visit here on the website for updates.

Thanks again for your patience, understanding and compliance with all this. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact Paul Scuteri.

REPOST @katrinehildyard
2020 Banka day! Thank you to everyone who commemorated the courageous nurses who served our country and all Australian women who have/continue to sacrifice and serve!

REPOST @australianlacrossenetwork Day 11 of Breakout February is Sturt Lacrosse Club's newest Crocodile, Aaron Hill.

With Lacrosse SA looking for its next generation of great faceoff men, Aaron Hill has answered the call. Hill has been on the radar for some time but in 2019, Hill took his faceoff game, fitness level and skill set to a whole new level.
It is hard to "breakout" when you take home your club's League Best & Fairest - like Hill did at Sturt in 2019 - but with the way that Hill improved and looked comfortable at one of the most competitive and demanding positions in the sport, is a testament to the fact that Hill could become a bona fide superstar in '20.

Hill's selection in the U19 Australian Men's Lacrosse Team 2020 just goes to show that his hard work has paid off, and with the extra riguor that comes with a World Series, expect even more from Hill this season.
